Bio:

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, a graduate of Aveda Institute of Minneapolis in the state of Minnesota.  I have worked as a Licensed Massage Therapist for over 10 years and practicing these modalities: Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Lymphatic Drainage, Cupping, Prenatal, Foot Reflexology, Gua Sha, Graston, Sacred Hawaiian-Lomi Lomi, Bamboo Fusion-(using bamboo sticks), Foot Detox, Hot, Cold, and Salt Stone Massage.  I have worked with sports teams such as "The Vikings" of Minnesota Professional NFL team and the "Gophers" College Football Team.  I love what I do!  I love being a Massage Therapist!  I love helping people feel better-I believe it's one of the best jobs in the world and the most needed today!  My motto is this: "The body has the ability to heal itself".  That is where I come in and show you how to help it do just that!  I not only use Massage techniques but train you to do it at home!  God has given us this amazing body-We need to be kind and care for it like it's a special gift!
