1. How do I decide what treatments are best for me?

Our front desk personnel will be happy to recommend the services and treatments that are right for you. If you should need additional information, we will gladly schedule a consultation.

2. How do I make staff selections and changes?

When making your first appointment, we will schedule you with the operator best suited to your needs. If you feel that another staff member may be a better fit for you or you would like a different point of view, please inform our front desk personnel.

3. Is there anything I need to know about booking my appointments?

We recommend that our clients know the date, time, and service they are interested in so our front desk personnel can schedule them accordingly. We work very hard to honor our time commitments to our clients. Consequently, failure to arrive on time for your appointment creates a difficult situation for our staff and other clients. We kindly request that Spa guests arrive 10 minutes early to complete appropriate paperwork, and salon guests should arrive 5 minutes early. We require a 24-hour notice on cancellations. If you fail to appear on the day of your service or fail to cancel your appointment, a credit card will be required to guarantee your next appointment. Thank you in advance for your understanding and prompt arrival.

4. How far in advance should I book my appointments?

We recommend scheduling appointments at least one week in advance.

5. What do I do if I need to cancel my appointment?

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call our front desk personnel and they will be more than happy to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

6. What type of payment does Utopia accept?

We accept Cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Personal Checks, and SpaWeek.

7. Can I leave a gratuity?

Clients can leave gratuity either in cash or by Credit/ Debit card and or Check.

8. Do you give refunds on products or services?

We do not issue monetary refunds, however, all of our products (with the exception of our make-up line) and services are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If you are unhappy with a service you received, please allow us to correct the problem. If you are unhappy with the performance of a product you purchased, we will exchange it for a product that meets your needs.

9. Should I re-schedule my next appointment prior to leaving?

12. What is Utopia's cancellation and no-show policy?

Cancellations- Utopia kindly requests that if you are unable to keep your appointment(s) you reschedule at least 24 hours in advance enabling us to offer the time to others. Failure to do so causes hardship for employees and will result in your credit card being charged a cancellation fee. No-shows- will automatically be charged 50% of the service amount. ** Late- If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may have no choice but to reschedule or shorten service due to scheduling demands.

13. How do I know which building to go to for my services?

The day before your appointment, you will receive a confirmation phone call informing you of which building to arrive to for your services. Building 510A: All hair services, nail services, waxing services, facials, as well as massage services. Building 510B: Float services, massage services, hydrafacial, facial services, and myofascial release therapy.

14. How long should my hair be for a body wax?

We strongly recommend the hair length be the size of a grain of rice prior to any body waxing service to ensure the best possible wax results.

15. What should I wear for my spa services?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothes to your spa appointments.

16. What should I wear for my Myofascial Release Therapy appointments?

We recommend wearing loose comfortable clothes, preferably, a loose shirt and shorts.
